Application for Sponsorship As part of its service to the Bowling Green community, the Human Relations Commission is able to give modest financial support to a limited number of organizations and activities that promote initiatives, education, and events, leading to better understanding among all people of the community

PLEASE NOTE:

The event must occur within and benefit residents of the City of Bowling Green
HRC branding must be included on all promotional materials
Approved organizations must provide to the HRC a report within 30 days following the event (see left link). This report includes the number of attendees, volunteers, and community representatives, plus any specific outcomes that supported the sponsorship’s goals. If a report is not provided, HRC may not consider another sponsorship request from the organization for up to 1 year
Funding must be used for the purpose(s) specified in the application. HRC reserves the right to request a return of unused funds
Using funding as a donation to other organizations or agencies (even within the City of Bowling Green) is strictly prohibited
